With a sublime location on the corner of C/ Dr.Dou and C/ Carmen, Carmelitas is more than just a restaurant, it serves as a cultural center for El Raval.

The gallery/restaurant concept is conveyed through a permanent exhibit and three projection screens with work from contemporary video artists distributed throughout the halls’ windows and walls.

In conjunction with its local market inspired cuisine, Carmelitas makes for a fine and affordable lunch or dinner dining experience.

The creative menu is accompanied by a carefully prepared wine list that bears names representing the best of the Spanish regions, and caters to the most discerning palates.
