This restaurant provides an excellent example of how to bring traditional Catalan cuisine bang up to date. Santi Colominas, a revelation in the world of contemporary Catalan cuisine, provides us with tempting, harmonic dishes that are so nicely prepared (it’s almost a crime to eat them), like the Figs with Duck Liver & Pine Nuts and Ratafía, or the Dentón & Potato, Lemon and Black Beer.

Also serving a modern selection of wines that are a good reflection of present-day trends, that don’t complies on the old classics.
