Stand back and watch, or, even better, throw yourself into the mix, as this old theater is decimated by a heaving, sweating throng of techno and electro enthusiasts. Some say the temperature can err a little on the uncomfortable side, but the general idea is to be too far gone to notice.

Nitsa is known for taking the occasional risk with their bookings, and have even hosted nights by Aphex Twin’s decidedly progressive electronica label, Rephlex Records. Other high-profile visitors have included Ellen Allien, Dave Clarke and Michael Mayer, but, in truth, the lineup rarely disappoints.
