Buenas Migas is a traditional “focacceria”, started by a couple with a shared passion for time-honored baking. Focaccia bread was historically enjoyed by Genovese sailors, procured with white wine before a voyage. Patrick (who hails from Genoa) and Sarah (from Cornwall) hoped to revive this milieu with contemporary élan, while preserving by performing traditional recipes and baking methods.

Buenas Migas has a homey, rustic atmosphere, despite busily serving an impressive quantity of coffee and snacks at all times of day.
