Buenas Migas is a traditional “focacceria”, started by a couple with a shared passion for time-honored baking. Focaccia bread was historically enjoyed by Genovese sailors, procured with white wine before a voyage. Patrick (who hails from Genoa) and Sarah (from Cornwall) hoped to revive this milieu with contemporary élan, while preserving by performing traditional recipes and baking methods.

Buenas Migas has a homey, rustic atmosphere, despite busily serving an impressive quantity of coffee and snacks at all times of day. The menu varies throughout the day, offering traditional English spreads on focaccia for breakfast, tapas for lunch and a steady supply of freshly-baked sweet treats.Quote_transparent
